Walk with us and raise money for the Mission's
Homeless Prevention Program

The Homeless Prevention Program:

  • Helps families stay in their homes by providing emergency financial assistance for rent.
  • Prevents gas, water, and electric services from being shut-off by providing emergency financial assistance for utility bills.
  • Provides one-on-one budget counseling, resource referral and case management.
  • Provides spiritual care for individuals in crisis.

Walk Location

Registration will start at 10 a.m. at Phoenix Park, in front of the central branch of the Lexington Public Library. Free parking is available at the Park Plaza Garage behind the library. The walk will begin at 11 a.m., and prizes will be awarded following the event to individuals and teams that raise the most money. All proceeds go directly to help families facing homelessness.
